The offer was all inclusive, and when we checked in, I was advised that it is not all inclusive for Egyptians, and beer and wine is not served and I had to pay extra.

the hotel is nice but needs mentenance and supervision

the room was big and cozy beach was so nice pool was nice the animation team was so friendly the staff in andiamo bar was so friendly and helpful

the receptionists was so un helpful we waited for so long to check in food quality was cheap no varieties in food we didn’t fond any snacks only drinks was available the bed sheets and towels were so smelly mini bar was empty no soap or shampoo in bathroom AC sound was so loud

The place is excellent with very nice beach but the service is very bad.

The beach is perfect, one of the best beaches we stayed in.

There is a man called Mr ali he work in night shift supervisor security and he is really not nice at all with me and the guest I don't know why they treat the guest and special Egyptian people so bad at least we are from Egypt same as him so hopfully next time he change and be nice and frindly and the other craw

Me and my family really enjoyed the stay

The rooms were really big, I took two rooms but regret it, they were queen size bed and they had two. the beach is very near and the soft drinks are free and they have it In designated area. The food was excellent, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had all inclusive. Chief Atif is an excellent chief, he cooks the world best whole chicken wrap with mince inside the chicken. The Egyptian food especially the breakfast corner is lovely. Must try

The WiFi was the only disappointment. They have it available in the lobby only and everyone using it at the same time so most of the time I couldn’t contact anyone. It’s the internet world they should have it around every room.

I do not recommend this Hotel at all .

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen in Hurghada The rooms is nothing like the pictures , Very old furniture and bad smell of the towels. The food is horrible , Even the standard breakfast is really bad. The pool isn’t clean at all !!! Smell VERYYYYY bad i don’t recommend this hotel plus it’s expensive compared to the price. Terrible experience.

Relaxing and clean but needs lots of money spent. Food has long way to go and drinks service

Bed lovely big and comfy. Room lovely and clean. Was more wifi availability than last visit. Beach huge and spacious. Wonderful views. Resort was full but still didn't feel crowded. Buggy ride to room is a great idea, especially after 5 1/2 hour flight.

Food still not up to scratch although new chef trying to get it on track. Drinks were appalling. Juice at restaurant was watered down way too much. Whole system of dining needs remodelling as waiters going all around putting knives and forks on tables instead of cleaning table of plates so constantly chasing their tales. As most guests are eastern european the catering is designed for them and not for British or even Egyptians. Everyone knows when the entertainment is but the animation team go round for about half an hour shouting "it's showtime" Great if you are into that but when you trying to relax and chat it is seriously annoying. Wifi - although improved since April it needs more. I suggest wifi outside as that is where most people are and have to give up their seats to go into lobby. Is a great area of a resort but needs a lot of money spending to get it up to scratch. Could be a really fantastic place although is a long ride from Hurghada centre.

It's about sport, not luxury or night life. Excellent location to learn kite-boarding.

A lot of space on the beach. Windsurfing, kite boarding and diving at the hotel. Fair coral reef for Hurghada. One of a very few places in Egypt to feature a small NUDIST BEACH section!

The hotel is a bit old, the pavement is destroyed in some places. The italian restaurant is supposed to be a notch higher than the all-inclusive food, but it is not. The reef is not as good as in Sharm. Also quite strong winds, unlike Sharm.

Excellent Bar tenders and restaurant waiters, great spacious hotel but very poorly managed.

The Bar staff Momen, Ahmed, Mohamed and Abdelkarim are great also Islam the manager. Atek, ahmed the main restuarant waiters are also perfect.

The hotel has the worst reception staff and housekeeping team ever.

The diving program is good, not the best maybe, but it is worth to try if you never experienced before. The facility is decent.

Dec to Jan is too cold to dive or sunbath... more indoor entertainment would be better.
